Orange cream palette

🛒 Ingredients:
🍊 3 tins of mandarins in syrup (approx. 300 g each)
🥛 200 ml whipping cream 30%
🧀 200 g mascarpone cheese
🥄 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
🍬 100 g marshmallows (small coloured ones)
🌿 A few mint leaves for decoration
🧑‍🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Preparation of mandarins:
Pour the syrup from the mandarins and pat them dry on kitchen paper. Keep a few pieces for decoration.
2️⃣ Preparation of the cream:
Whip the cold whipping cream in a bowl until stiff.
Add the mascarpone and icing sugar and mix gently until smooth.
3️⃣ Combine ingredients:
Gently stir the mandarins into the cream.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl or individual cups.

Distribute the remaining mandarin segments on top.
Sprinkle the dessert with colored marshmallows.
Add mint leaves for freshness.

Let the dessert cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
