Several years after putting it up for sale, Celine Dion finally managed to part with her sumptuous villa located in Florida. A huge residence sold for $38.5 million, photos of which were revealed by Sotheby’s, the real estate developer who handled the singer’s case.
Celine Dion seems to have real estate assets as rich as her career in music. Already the owner of several houses, including one located in Las Vegas, the Canadian star has been trying to sell, since 2013, one of his homes located in Florida. Céline Dion had this property built in 2010 with her late husband René Angélil and lived there for three years with her three children. If its price initially amounted to 72 million dollars (or 70,824,600 euros), the singer has, over the years, been forced to reduce her price so that a buyer finally declares himself.
According to information from BFM TV, in the spring of 2014, the mother of René-Charles, Eddy and Nelson Angélil revised the price of her property downward, estimating it at $62.9 million. Two years later, in 2016, it increased to $45.5 million, then the following year, its value rose to $38.5 million. A price which has not fallen since, and which has finally allowed Céline Dion to free herself from a weight.

This huge house, made up of 13 bedrooms, six bathrooms, three swimming pools, a tennis court, a gym, a cinema room, an indoor garage, a private square, a golf course or even a huge terrace, promises a breathtaking view of the sea to its new owner, according to Sotheby’s the real estate developer. The latter has also revealed several dozen photos of the famous villa, which, ultimately, turns out to be a real Eldorado of rest.
