With the arrival of the warm season, many of us decide to opt for the use of sandals. Having kept our feet closed for months, however, has certainly damaged them and changed their appearance.
Below we suggest recipes for 6 foot masks that will help soften and rejuvenate your feet, rehydrating your skin and eliminating cracked heels and dryness.
We assure you that with these recipes you will no longer think twice before going out with sandals or open shoes, and you will no longer have to worry about dry feet.
Olive Oil and Vitamin E. This mask is perfect for dry feet, and is made with just three ingredients: a tablespoon of olive oil, a tablespoon of cocoa butter and the contents of three vitamin E capsules.
Mix all the ingredients and use the solution to massage your feet right after showering. Leave it on overnight, including socks. Rinse with warm water the next day.

Cucumber and Lemon . Blend two small cucumbers with the juice of one lemon and three tablespoons of olive oil. Apply to your feet and leave for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Vegetable oil . This is the simplest mask and also one of the most effective. It consists of massaging your feet with a little vegetable oil every night before going to sleep. Put on socks and leave it on all night. The next morning, rinse with warm water: your feet will be softer.
Turmeric and chickpeas . This recipe is known in the Middle Eastern countries and is particularly effective. You need a tablespoon of turmeric powder, a tablespoon of chickpea flour, a teaspoon of milk and a few drops of rose water.
Mix well and apply the remedy to your feet, leaving it to act for about 20 minutes. Rinse with plenty of warm water, then apply a moisturizing cream. Warning: your feet may appear yellow, but this is completely natural and the color will fade after a few hours.
Oats and honey . This combination is one of the most effective for exfoliating and moisturizing the skin. Mix two tablespoons of honey with 50 grams of oats and the juice of one lemon.
Massage your feet and let them dry completely before rinsing with plenty of warm water. After drying them well, apply a moisturizing cream.
Coconut Oil . Mix 100 grams of coconut oil with 25 grams of shea butter and 10 drops of lavender essential oil. Massage your feet with this solution before going to sleep, then put on socks and leave it on overnight.
