Beef tartare with herbs

๐Ÿƒ Ingredients:

๐Ÿ‘‰ 400g of very fresh beef (rump steak, tenderloin, or sirloin)
๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 white onion (about 80g), finely chopped
๐Ÿ‘‰ 2 tablespoons of olive oil
๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 teaspoon of mustard (wholegrain or hot, according to your taste)
๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (or white balsamic vinegar)
๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
