Ingredients (for 15-20 samosas)
200g fresh salmon (or 200g smoked salmon, depending on your preference)
100g cream cheese (e.g., fromage frais)
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp wholegrain mustard (optional, for a little spice)
Salt and pepper, to taste
10-12 samosa pastry sheets (or pastry wrappers)
