🍫 Chocolate Fondant / Lava Cake (serves 4)
Ingredients:
100 g dark chocolate (at least 60–70% cocoa solids)
100 g butter (+ a little for greasing)
2 eggs
2 egg yolks (in addition to the 2 eggs)
60 g sugar
30 g flour (sifted)
1 pinch of salt
Optional: A little vanilla extract or espresso for added depth
