Sushi Burger – The fusion everyone has to try! 🍣🍔

Fresh sushi flavor meets burger feel – this artistic hybrid of rice, fish, and crunchy toppings is not only eye-catching, but also super easy to make! Perfect for sushi lovers and burger fans.

Ingredients (for 2 burgers)
For the rice buns:
300g sushi rice (cooked and seasoned with rice vinegar)

1 tbsp sesame oil (for the pan)

1 tsp black and white sesame seeds

For the filling:
100g fresh salmon or tuna (sashimi-quality, thinly sliced)

1/2 avocado (sliced)

1/2 cucumber (thin strips)

1 carrot (julienne-cut)

50g surimi sticks or shrimp (optional)

1 tbsp Japanese mayo

1 tsp sriracha (for spice)

For the garnish:
Nori sheets (cut into strips)

Spring onions (rolled)

Sesame seeds

Soy sauce & Wasabi for dipping
