Ingredients
For the potatoes:
Potatoes: as many as you want to cook
100 ml (3.5 fl oz) olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 garlic clove, minced
Slices of ham (jamon)
Grated mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons yogurt or sour cream
Fresh dill, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the potatoes:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Wash and cut the potatoes into the desired shape (quarters, slices, or cubes).
Place the potatoes in a baking dish.
Season the potatoes:
In a small bowl, combine 100 ml (3.5 fl oz) olive oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, ground black pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon dried basil, and 1 minced garlic clove.
Pour the seasoning mix over the potatoes and toss to coat.
Bake the potatoes:
Bake the seasoned potatoes in a preheated oven for 35 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
Add the toppings:
Remove the potatoes from the oven and add slices of ham (jamon) between the potato pieces. Sprinkle grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
Make the sauce:
In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of yogurt or sour cream, chopped dill, chopped tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 minced garlic clove, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Mix well until all ingredients are well blended.
Serving:
Pour the prepared sauce over the baked potatoes or serve it on the side.
