🐑 Lamb Chops with Garlic & Rosemary

Ingredients:
→ Lamb Chops
900g lamb rib chops, about 8, cut from the French rack
6 garlic cloves, finely chopped or pressed
4 tbsp olive oil, divided
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 2 tsp dried parsley), plus more for garnish
2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 tsp Tabasco Original Red Pepper Sauce
1.5 tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
→ White Wine Butter Sauce
120ml dry white wine or chicken broth
2 tbsp unsalted butter
