Fluffiled mango cream

“Lighty cream with mango”

“Introduction”
Mango velvety cream is a delicious dessert that combines the tropical sweetness of mature mangoes with a creamy and luxurious texture. This easy-to-prepare dish is perfect for summer meetings, family dinners or when you just want a light but greedy treat. With just a few ingredients and a minimum of effort, you can create a dessert that is both refreshing and elegant.

Ingredients:
– 2 large mature mangoes, peeled and diced
– 1 cup thick cream (refrigerated)
– 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar (to be adjusted according to your taste)
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– The juice of a half liter of a lime
– Mint sheets for trim (optional)

Instructions:
1. “Prepare the mango puree:
– Place the diced mangoes in a blender or food processor with the lime juice. Mix until a smooth and creamy consistency is obtained. Book a few small mango cubes for the garnish, if you wish.

2. Walk the cream:
– In a refrigerated bowl, whip the thick cream with a hand-held or pedestal beater until soft spikes form. Gradually add the icing sugar and the vanilla extract and continue whipping until firm peaks form.

3. 3. Mix the mango and the cream.
– Gently incorporate the mango puree with whipped cream with a spatula, taking care not to make the cream fall back. Mix until a homogeneous and smooth mixture is obtained.

4. Refrigerate and serve:
– Spread the mango cream in lenses or service bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to cool and freeze.
– Before serving, fill with the reserved mango cubes and fresh mint leaves for a touch of additional colour and freshness.
