1 large cauliflower (approximately 800 g)
40 cl thick fresh cream
150 g grated cheese (eminal or county)
2 eggs
1 tbsp. ground nutmeg coffee
Salt and pepper of the mill
1 tbsp olive oil (for dish)
Some fresh coriander leaves (for finishing) Step-by-step preparation
Prepare the cauliflower
Peel the florets off the cauliflower, rinse them thoroughly, then steam or in a saucepan of salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain them gently and store.
