Discover effective home-made tips for removing mold, limestone and bad smells in your bathroom

What if the solution to make your bathroom shine was already in your kitchen cupboards? Thanks to a simple recipe passed on by my sister-in-law, I completely stopped buying industrial household products. An economical and effective trick… You may be bluffed by the result.
Multifunctional home cleanser: a formidable ally against limestone and mould

We start with a problem that everyone knows: the deposit of limestone and the mould in the shower. Difficult to remove, these intruders cling everywhere – tiling, pane, fittings. And yet, the solution is surprisingly simple.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of powdered laundry (for laundry)
1 tablespoon of domestic alcohol
20 cl white vinegar
20 cl of hot water
Instructions for use:

Mix in this order while the water is still hot. Apply with the soft side of a sponge to the surfaces to be cleaned, leave it on for 5 minutes, rinse and then wipe with a microfiber cloth. As a result, everything shines like new.

This preparation works perfectly on all shiny surfaces: washbasin, bathtub, shower windows, mirrors and even interior windows.

Prevention of mould in the shower: a natural limestone spray

The shower corners are mould and tartar nests. Rather than rubbing for hours, anticipate their onset with a preventive spray.

Ingredients:

10 cl hydrogen peroxide (3%)
10 cl of household alcohol or vodka
1 teaspoon of eco-friendly dishwashing liquid
60 cl of water

Mix it in a spray bottle and spray throughout the shower cubicle, without rinse. This spray, which is soft for plastic surfaces, preserves the seal without damaging it. When used regularly, it greatly reduces the need for recurs.

A grandmother’s secret for tiling joints: the plug.

The clean seals attract dirt as a magnet. To prolong their brilliance, rub them gently with a new white candle. This trick creates a protective layer against moisture. Simple, natural and effective.

For bright white seals: chemical yeast to the rescue

When the joints become greyish, good cleaning is required. Here is a tested and approved method:
