1000-story apple cake: beautiful, perfumed and delicious.
- Peel the apples, then grate them finely. Cut a few apples into slices to coat the surface of the cake. Water the apples with fresh lemon juice and set aside.
- Beat the eggs and sugar. Add the lemon zest, salt and keep stirring. Add the lemon juice, butter and milk.
- Gradually add the sifted flour and the chemical yeast. When whipped, pour it into a bowl with the apples and then in a mold covered with baking paper.
- Place the apples on the surface and sprinkle almonds.
- Bake in a 180-degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes
