Flatten the bread
Lay out the slices of tramezzini bread and gently roll them flat with a rolling pin to make them more pliable.
Spread the filling
Evenly spread cream cheese or mayo over each slice.
Add your fillings
Layer ham, tuna, or smoked salmon over the spread. Add veggies like lettuce, cucumber, or carrots if using.
Roll it up!
Carefully roll each slice up tightly (like a sushi roll). Use plastic wrap to help form a tight roll.
Chill (optional)
Refrigerate the rolls for 15–30 minutes to help them set and make slicing easier.
Slice and serve
Remove the plastic wrap, slice the rolls into pinwheels or diagonally for a cute presentation.
