Preparation:
Strawberry Chutney: Combine strawberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thick and jam-like. Let cool.
Marinate fresh strawberries: In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries with honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, basil, and a pinch of salt. Let stand for 10 minutes.
To serve: Place burrata on a large plate. Top with chutney and marinated strawberries. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
