½ tsp dried ashwagandha root (or 1 capsule opened)
1 tsp dried peppermint
½ tsp grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp dried)
½ tsp matcha powder (optional for gentle energy)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
8 oz hot water (not boiling)
Instructions:
Add all herbs (except matcha and sweetener) to a tea infuser or teapot.
Pour hot water (around 180°F/82°C) over herbs and steep for 5–7 minutes.
Strain, then stir in matcha and sweetener if using.
